Inside Sales Representative

Do you have the ability to succeed in a selling environment? Do you want to contribute to a winning team or earn more and find yourself disengaged in your current selling role? Join Trade Wings.
 
Trade Wings is seeking qualified inside sales representatives with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in selling hardware/networking equipment, integrated circuits or technology services. Candidates will also need to demonstrate prior success in a selling environment as well as they must be a team player and be able to work in a team environment.
 

Position Requirements

  • Ability to meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas
  • Maintain high activity standards in a selling environment
  • Manage prospect funnel accurately and effectively through deliberate and discipline data management skills (CRM)
  • Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, networking and qualified leads
  • Increase market penetration by securing new customers and developing business within existing accounts
  • Build relationships and support with clients/prospects, as well as internal departments
  • Demonstrate success and ability to respond in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Purchasing Agent

Trade Wings is seeking qualified purchasing agents. This is a dynamic role in which the ideal candidates will be self-driven, results oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years procurement experience. The ideal candidate will also need to be a team player with demonstrated success for international purchasing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Locate, evaluate, negotiate, and select suppliers and potential suppliers to gain the best quality, cost and delivery of purchased material consistent with required standards
  • Proactively manage cost reduction and other related cross-functional projects to achieve specific goals
  • Develop purchasing strategies for target accounts to achieve the best return
  • Prepare request for quotations
  • Follow-up on responses to quotations and assure detailed and timely responses with AEs
  • Analyze detailed quotations and perform comparative analysis
  • Develop and execute future negotiation strategy
  • Research and qualifies viable suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and procedure

Position Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in progressively managed supply chain organizations in a role requiring significant commodity leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge of selected commodities
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • High degree of proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with a passion for purchasing excellence
  • Fluent in second language (optional)

Internship Program

Trade Wings’ internship program is designed to provide college students and others with an opportunity to complement their formal education with career-related experience in a challenging, creative and professional work environment.
